Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 2026. This policy explains how Detik, operated by the owner of detik.arfiaa.com, handles your information.
What Detik is
Detik is a pay-per-event live photo sharing service. A host creates an event, guests join through a link or QR code, and photos taken by guests appear in a private event gallery.
What we collect
Hosts: an email address (or Google account details) for sign-in, plus the events, settings, and photos you create.
Guests: no account is needed. Guests are identified only by a random ID stored on their own device, used to enforce per-guest photo limits and to show each guest their own captures. Guests may optionally enter a nickname, which is shown with their photos.
Photos: photos taken through Detik are stored in private storage and served only through short-lived private links. Event galleries can be protected with a PIN chosen by the host.
Payments: purchases are processed by our payment provider. We store a payment reference and the package purchased — never your card details.
How we use it
To run the service: creating events, enforcing package limits, showing galleries, and delivering purchases.
To contact hosts about their events or purchases when needed.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use your photos for advertising.
Who can see event photos
Photos in an event gallery are visible to anyone who has the event link (and the gallery PIN, if the host set one). Hosts should share event links only with their guests.
Hosts can hide or delete any photo in their event at any time.
How long data is kept
Event galleries stay open for the period included in the purchased package, counted from the event date. After the gallery closes, photos may be deleted and may no longer be recoverable.
Host accounts and their event records are kept while the account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data.
Your choices
Guests can clear their device data at any time, which removes their guest ID and nickname from that device.
Hosts can request access to, correction of, or deletion of their account data by contacting us.
